when will my order ship?
all in stock items require 4-6 business days processing + shipping time, unless otherwise noted. all domestic orders weighing under 13 oz. will be shipped USPS first class or UPS, which can take 3-5 business days. domestic orders weighing 1 lb or more will ship via USPS priority mail or UPS and will generally take 2-3 business days according to standards.
do you ship internationally?
we currently do not ship internationally for direct to customer orders. if you are a retailer outside of the U.S. interested in a wholesale account please contact email@example.com.
what is your refund & exchange policy?
if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order. all inquiries can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to address the issue. we will gladly refund you or process an exchange on any damaged item that was overlooked on our end. however, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by USPS or UPS.
after we have had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship the item(s) back before the refund is processed. the shipping is at the customer's expense.
my order says it was delivered but I did not receive it. can I receive a refund or replacement?
thieves stink! unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for packages that were never received but show they were 'delivered' according to your tracking information. we understand that sometimes mail can be stolen, but USPS or UPS insurance doesn't cover lost packages that show they were 'delivered'. therefore we cannot offer a refund or replacement items when this happens. please leave a note at checkout if you or someone in your area has had problems with this in the past and we can request signature at delivery.
do you do custom work?
yes! i can make custom art as well as turn the art into digital invitations, posters, placecards, etc. note, i require 4-6 weeks notice for a custom piece and only take 3-4 custom orders per quarter. you can find more details here. i look forward to hearing from you!
do you ever license your artwork or do collaborations?

why the name 'more the merrlier?' why not more the merrier?
my name, merril, came from combining my paternal grandmother's name, mary, with her mother's name, earlistine. one christmas season when I was deep in my holiday factory scrappin' away handmade cards my husband jokingly said you're like a little elf, more the merrlier. i searched for more the merrier online and everything was taken so more the merrlier it was!
